Module 1 - Angler Membership and
Pointscore
Module
1 is the foundation module of TotalFish and covers all
aspects of Angler Memberships and also Point Score.
You
are provided with the straightforward tools to effortlessly
manage angler memberships, track membership renewal dates
and send out letters and renewal reminders to your anglers.
Easy
allocation of points scored and production of detailed
reports to assist in trophy allocation can be executed
quickly and efficiently. Imagine producing your club's
trophy list with such simplicity - no more complicated
calculations and frustrating paperwork to rummage through!
You can export points scored to Excel and .pdf formats.
Exporting to Excel is a great way of running a data sort
on points/fish weights etc, if you don't have the Trophy
Allocation Module (see Module 5).
Tag
management is also included enabling you to receive tags
to inventory, allocate tags to anglers and also return
unused tags to inventory. When an angler tags a fish and
it is then recorded in TotalFish, it is automatically returned
and stores the information entered about the fish.
You
can also add other statistical information such as location
of catch to produce intelligence on popular areas for particular
fish or species, etc.
You
have the capability to add boats and create a list of boat
names, however, this base module does not allow safety
information or communication information to be entered.
